Froth? Judging only from the way glgc took off
all at once at the beginning of December and the
half a billion dollar marketcap, well, I would
just suggest that there might be cheaper plays
in genomics out there--but for all I know Gene
Logic is worth a billion--and they are all still
undervalued. You know my picks, we will just
have to see what 2000 brings for the rest of
the sector, maybe Celera will just buy everybody
out, heheh--now that is frothy good beer!

It was interesting that the rise in glgc shares
roughly coincides with that Robbie Stephens'
Medical Conference, so somebody sure liked something
the company had to say.

I've not even read that Wall Street transcript
interview so I'll quit now before I say something
lame--I'd be happy enough if the froth spilled over
and prevented AXPH from hitting my stop.

outakes from when the guy's boss gave him his assignment.....

"mol-uh-cuoool, sheeeeeeit boss, what's a mol-uh-cuool? Heck, look at the chart! Can I just call this one overbought and say that we've seen this sort of stuff before?"

Who the heck is J.P. Gulli? Never heard of him. Who is "we". The guy didn't say anything.

A good laugh.

Next breath, I'd also place my bets and money elsewhere, near-term.
