Dear Mr Rudolph, On behalf of the entire Wal-Mart Family of Companies, the world's largest discount retailer and component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, I AGAIN thank you for choosing to do business with Wal-Mart Online. However the Maytag Washer/Dryer you ordered will not be getting to you in time for holiday gift-giving. Unfortunately, because we're so far behind the curve running a direct-fulfillment operation and have absolutely no infrastructure nor best-practices, we outsourced our order processing to Fingerhut and they mistakenly interpreted your order as "Malaysian Wonder Bra".
