Spent new years at a friends house in the bethlehem area of penn. In october when he bought his guide equipped RCA it only had two ads from nbc on the epg. Now it has as a previous poster indicated several ads such as discovery channel, A&E, history channel in addition to nbc. This is a good indication of industry acceptance of the EPG advertising concept. If these premier channels are willing to advertise with only 2mm guides out, how many companies will be banging the door down when there are 10-20mm guides out. It will be interesting to watch the impact on the bottom line from advertising grow in each new qtr.( not to mention very profitable!) 100
