sand wedge, Regarding PSFT and the HR marketplace, should the growth rate of the market factor into this? The growth rate that we care about is the growth inherent in the tornado. Beyond the tornado, the critical issue is understanding the growth rate in the product category (as opposed to the adoption of a particular company's solution) and the resulting extensions to the competitive advantage period (CAP). A picture is worth a thousand words, so you probably ought to stock up on a few more books so you can look at the graphs before you give all of them away again. :) --Mike Buckley
