Steve, that's a good point, and might be why the calls are as cheap as they are. Given GMSTs steady rise since September, I would expect normal supply and demand to have increased the premiums a bit from where they are. In either case, whether it is the delay until merger, HSR problems, or whatever, it all argues for buying calls at this point rather than the stock, IMO. As I've stated earlier, I will re-evaluate the situation in mid-Feb and depending on the status at that time either exercise or roll into August or later.
