Chaz--re:IDC, the company's claims to CDMA rights have been discussed in depth over many months on the Qualcomm threads.
The firm conclusion of posters like JGoren, who is especially knowledgeable in legal matters, is that IDC is a slightly successful parasite. I believe Q itself paid them a few million dollars in the past to be rid of them.

The discussion is not ongoing on the Q threads, in fact the last time I saw an unfamiliar poster broach the topic of
IDC's claims, the brusque response was that the ad nauseum litany of facts of the matter would not be repeated. According to some good thinkers over there, IDC is squishy at the core.
