I haven't read everything about the mummies, nor seen everything there has been about them on TV. Funny how much they matter to me, I sometimes feel quite odd when I realize how much I care about them. I quite love the little blond baby with the blue stones placed over his eyes. I think the tall bearded man lying on his side is very handsome, and the "Beauty" is so very beautiful. I don't know what it means to be "Chinese", but certainly they were never of the "Oriental race," whatever that means. Nor were they of the same ethnic heritage as the current-day Uygurs. They were much more like my ancestors, or yours.
