Kitco lease rates and forward rates appear to have been corrected for gold - looks as if platinum is still screwed up.

Are the gold lease rates at Kitco correct?

Clearly not. Even if the sentiment that the central banks are conspiring to keep the price down, they are certainly not going to pay someone to lease their gold. It would be like the bank paying you to borrow money. Great deal if you can get it but I don't think the central bankers are that dumb.
