I'm wondering why a Woman was required at all...? "Jesus has not MOTHER or FATHER . His body was prepared by God the Father alone. Mary only carried it within her womb and breast fed and raised the Child she did not really "mother" it in the sense of providing the ova." The designers of the Myth needed to acknowledge the fact that Only Women bore infants...and the Scripture serves as proof that men, even when contemplating the fabrication of a 'diety', include the Female in the form of a passive Vessel! Interesting.
