Very Interesting. I hadn't looked at the annual report in a while, and this general statement of purpose caught my attention.

<<<ATG was founded in 1994 to take advantage of commercial opportunities through the application of advanced telecommunications and computing technologies to the area of financial electronic commerce ("e-commerce")...>

When ATG gets going, it will be interesting to see if the PE value reflects a brokerage stock, internet stock, or b2b e-commerce.

Will also be very interesting to see who Ashton partners with on Electronic Market Center. Another piece of uncertainty that will likely be clarified this quarter.

And that's just PHLX....

Of course, if other exchanges pick up on VWAP, we'll be talking real money <g>.

Hi MST, any thoughts on who our partner may be on EMC? Cash or infrastructure or both. I believe they did mention at the shareholders meeting that they would seek a partner for EMC. I suspect we will get clarification of this officially from the company as well as on many other things this quarter.

Cheers
