Viper -- Very nice B2B segment on the Wall Street Report this morning. Sounds like Wall Street is beginning to wakeup to the enormity of this sectory, quickly.

They mentioned that GM has payed an average cost of $100 for each purchasing transaction. With their switch to a net base B2B system, they exect to cut that cost by $90 down to $10 bucks. Heck of a savings.

Some analysts expect the DELL type of "Build When Sold" production model wil rapidly sweep through every nook and cranny of the production system. Expect your next new car to be built....after you order it, and that'll you'll have it in just a matter of days. Just-in-time-delivery is being stretched to Just-in-time-production. There are unimaginable savings to be strained out of the traditional brick&motar production model of long production runs, high produciton volume, build, store, ship, and store again, and then spend tons of money trying to sell it.

<<Y2K is over now, >>

Not sure that's true Viper. Internationally I think it will take a couple of mos to confirm that all is ok, or at least no major problems.
