All growth is good! When we fill up here, we will have to go to the stars. Nothing less will get us to leave our squats and scrapes.

There is no problem in dropping male fertility. It only takes a few million sperm to fertilize an ovum. There are plenty of prepotent males (ah hem!) to fill the gaps in those who cannot produce.

I think we will run out of whale-eaters before we run out of whales. Have you looked at the NRR of the Japanese?
