Hehe. That's pretty funny. Sometimes the people most knowledgeable about a particular subject can be the most myopic. It really is a hard thing to step back and look at decades instead of years. I can see talking computers being a very hot thing in the enterprise. If I could enter in an email address and ring up a buddy of mine, and a popup videoconferencing windo would appear, wouldn't that be great? Well, we all know that this technology was embraced a couple of years ago by the enthusiasts. It may take time for the enterprise to adopt it, but it most probably will happen. Already we see people able to communicate with customer service reps from the web. The other is a simple extension of that.
