Hi Mr. Fisk! At this point i'd hope the market whould be savvy to the non-import of restating accounting on fiber IRUs. Isn't the jury still out on how those rules apply to transoceanic fiber? Anyway, I can't say I've done a ton of homework on PGEX. They're on my radar just because of the sector they're in and I bought based on what I thought was overdone selling. The risk/reward looks good esp. with SB and PW maintaining price targets.
