QCOM post-split is a great trader. Played it 3 times on the bounce Friday. Will be back for more this week.

Yes, I am hedged. And I didn't short at 1 pm, it was up 80 in pre-narket on Thursday, I am not dumb...shorted at 738. Did not cover. Will cover when I am down.

Enough of QCOM, my money and bets are on XML my friend, please join us, I would appreciate your solid input.

I posted this earlier with the hopes of getting some help from some of you who know about QCOM MM's. HELP. . . I need someone experienced in trades with QCOM and with time and sales to tell me if I have any recourse. Yesterday at 8:33 AM I placed a limit sell at 715 for 25 shares (yes I am a little guy as opposed to the millionaires on this thread). By 8:57 AM I know a 300 share order went through at the bid and for the 24 minutes shares traded at the bid above 715. Did I get ripped off or is that the way the cookie crumbles? Waterhouse says the MM stands by their execution (or lack thereof) and they can't do anything. I know odd lots fill slower, but 24 minutes seems ridiculous. This seems like the perfect definition of a "bad fill". Where can I go with this? Is the SEC the best place to complain or should I just drop it? THanks, Jim
