Actually, i was not really referring to the S and P belancing of "growth" and "value" stocks (if that is what you thought). That happens twice a year. NT just got added to the growth part of the portfolio.

I was referring to the S and P 500 upon which so many index funds are based. S and P announces changes to the index as they make changes. I have noticed that in the last few months, it has been approximately every week.
