Rory, I'm glad you listened and did your own research into IATV. Anyone currently doing the same will be well rewarded. Four of the largest investment bankers on the street will be doing the follow-on offering that will raise up to 115 million dollars for the company. This will help IATV to build out the network necessary for Individualized TV and HyperTV, as well as expand the Digital ADCO business. I don't know if you've looked at the HyperTV site lately (http://www.hypertv.com) but if you have, you have noticed the "shows" page now shows some new categories like Music, Sports... This can only mean that some more deals will soon be announced. Expect four strong buys to come once the follow-on is completed. I then expect the company's valuation to approach that of LBRT. It is trading at 257 with roughly the same amount of shares outstanding. It's going to be an exciting year for holders of IATV.

IATV will become the DCLK of TV! NO HYPE INTENDED, NO HYPE NEEDED.
