Most of my friends are either liberals or conservatives. Being a libertarian, I consider them all well-meaning, misguided souls. LOL!

Please define the words LIBERAL and CONSERVATIVE, if you don't mind. I sometimes wonder if we are all even using generally agreed upon definitions for the same words.

I do not believe most people are totally anything, incidentally. I think that most people's positions are fairly complex. You know, fiscal conservative, social liberal, etc.
