You'll see that Chase Manhattan picked up 1.9MM shares at about 17/share. I'm a little confused about the timing of their purchase at that price though. The data is supposedly 9/30/99, but the price was that high only this quarter.

I guess the low amount of out standing shares in the hands of the retail investors can work against us to!

Do you know if the insiders or institutions are selling above $22.50?
