Just some of my thoughts on the subject:

I agree with chirodoc. I've followed Steve daily for 2 years now and been impressed with his vision. I've very rarely bought stocks on the basis that he likes it, but his commentary has always helped me make my own decisions.

There was hype last week surrounding some potential picks, like CONV, NETP, and BWEB. I thought about buying all three and wait for a pop, but bought just NETP (lucky me) because it was the one I liked best and wanted to keep even if it didn't make his list. No, I didn't pay for his list.

As for Steve's 1999 list alterations, it seems from his responses to Blue that he revised it *specifically for SI*. So, his SI list (from Feb) is different from his Jan list from Internet.com, however, he never claimed that it was to be the same. That's how I see it.

Anyway, I think Steve does deserve some credit for his activity on this thread (even though the timing of the 2000 list release is a bit fishy), and I hope he doesn't decide to throw in the towel on it.

Just my opinion.
