Well, they're suing, but there's a message on all machines that says a malfunction voids all payouts. It's a scam, IMHO. Also, the Louisiana state police say that they agree with the casino. Of course, I'm sure they are absolutely neutral .. NOT!!

Skeets, It is legal. Look at any slot machine and in the back or on the side, in print so small you need a clean room to put it on the box, is a message telling you that the casino and the game co. are not responsible for acts of God or International Gaming Technology. <g>
