Sorry, but I'm not going to go back and explain what I wrote and how it is responsive to what you wrote. I tried hard to respond to each of your points so the parallelism of the response would make things easy for you; if you didn't understand, so be it -- I sometimes get the impression you try pretty hard NOT to understand. JMHO.
