I am arguing a broader point than the band-width limited. I will post the case when I go to work tomorrow.

Quincy, there still had to be a change to the system in order to enable HDR. If there was no change, then HDR would be enabling back in 92 and everyone would have had it then and this point that we are arguing is moot.

Like I have said, patent claims are enterpretted narrowly. Even if the specification does not explicitly state a bandwidth, patents are limited to the technology at the time the invention was made.
