My mother's church group always saved those little pieces of almost dead soap that are so dreadful to use in the shower, and they would melt them together and send them to - huh- you know I'm not sure WHERE they sent them, but the point is that they felt GOOD about it. And they didn't have to use the stupid soap slivers up themselves, which everyone hates, but no one in that generation ever wasted anything. So if you can find something that allows you to do something you shouldn't do, but want to, and whose by-product helps others, well...
