I don't believe this is correct. I think WMT won't be charging on shipments to all states, but it does have stores in all states (except maybe one).

sales tax online,,, therefor walmart must charge tax on every state.. amzon does not have
these type of stores so no tax, this alone will be a big thing for amazon up to a 8% savings....

This is totally inaccurate. See the Supreme Court case the State if Indiana vs Quill.
