Robert, I did not mean to discourage you from buying Blair. I think the stock will probably work out fine, inspired by some possibly misleading publicity on their Internet activity in 2000.

For me, I try to make a point of differentiating between a cheap stock
whose business is not particularly likely to change for the better and a cheap stock where there is a reasonable chance that the business could improve. That is one kind of margin of safety (over and above the pure numbers) I try to find in such an investment. As noted above, the Internet factor could contribute to a perception that BL business will change for the better - which is often just as good as reality, even if false.
