My calculations for the current value of Nanovation are in post #25 and I also get an implied value of $1.2 billion for the company today. However, I believe STFD owns about 9 million shares, not 3 million, or 30% of Nano at the present time.

I would like to confirm the three to one conversion ratio (Know Genius posted that in #18 if I recall correctly) and the estimated number of shares that will be outstanding at the time of the IPO (also posted here somewhere) with the company directly.

I also want to know how they are going to bring this technology to market. Are they going to fabricate these devices themselves or are they going to go the licensing route? I see no mention of any sort of fabrication facility that could turn out large numbers of devices to a wide variety of specs.

Interested but I have nowhere near enough information to write them a check, yet.
