Chuz, that there may be some securitization structures that do not entail collateral is your latest straw dog. I myself said there are some that entail a subordinated tranche. Most securitizations also cost the seller a hell of a lot more than a mere 4%, which is all this deal cost Lu. The fact that Lu put some of their receivables to good use to ensure that their deal cost them a mere 4% is to their credit. (As for where the 4% is stated, you're supposed to be the accountant, buddy, figure it out.)

As for your assertion that you're long Lu, and therefore there's nothing wrong with your spreading alarm on this thread, all I can say is that Chicken Little didn't have a hidden agenda either. Did that make her less or more foolish? Your raising straw dogs, fly-specking, and baseless innuendos are certainly not benefitting any longs, especially given the recent history of some prominent shorts to try to blow accounting smoke at existing and potential Lu investors.
