CL, the only, I'm sorry if I'm raising your stress level, that's not my intent. IMO you should use the words "law suit" to you broker's customer service for any loss incurred because of their incompetence. Tell them you would have sold your WSRI shares for $8 if you had them, which you should have had if they were doing their job. I did contact my broker this morning and the Nexland warrants are now convertible. $1 and a warrant buys one share of XLND. I am now converting my warrants. My broker said it could take a couple of weeks before I see the XLND shares in my account. I'm now on share watch too (pun).
