CYCL just announced a 3:1 stock split payable on the 21st. The have a high of 118 and recently pulled back to 76. They have reversed up from there to 82. The RS is in X's. This is an aggressive split play. Don't know anything about the company of course. Where is Gary? Telephone sector. If there is a great interest the split announcement plus RS in X's might run this back to the 118 area. Just an idea.
