So you don't know of any web co's that are losing money? Come again?

-12% margins does not mean the same thing as "losing money". I don't know of any major players with negative profit margins. If you mean "Net Earnings (Loss) -12%" that's a different thing; there are obviously many in that category. If AMZN was showing profit margins of -12% I wouldn't be here.

Why? Do you suspect people will quit buying online because they now have to pay sales tax? They're going to opt to get in the car and go to the store and pay the sales tax there instead? Sales tax is not an expense and doesn't affect the bottom-line except to the extent it causes prospective purchasers not to buy. So are you saying people will not buy?

BTW, I do think when the sales tax issue heats up, you'll see a temporary dip in the stock price. But I'm not interested in day-to-day stock prices. I tend to think a little longer-term.
