Hi Chrissy, hope you had a wonderful Xmas and wishing you all the best in the New Year.

Listening to Bob Dylan's "Forever Young"..this is one gypsy who is just a little tired of dancing around the fire, twirling her skirts and beating her tambourine. But they were certainly "the good olde days" ehh Chrissy?

Haven't seen Sugar around lately either, no more late night forays onto the "Ask God" thread! 0;-)

<<Where I disagree with you is first that you seem to be assuming that Judeo-Christian values are somehow superior to generally agreed upon codes of conduct in other religions and cultures. >>

If I conveyed that, I'm sorry. That wasn't my point at all. I don't compare Judeo-Christian values to those of other religions.

<<you SEEM to be implying that people who are religious are more ethical, moral, or law abiding than nonreligious people>>

My point was that we are all affected by religious values, whether one practices a religion or not. Clearly, those committing crimes against society and humanity are generally not living up to religious doctrine.
