options bid-ask spreads might be wider now but that might be very very temporary they just went thru some rather thin trading days over the holidays institutions were on vacation last week they are big participants in options perhaps many people backed off options during an extremely confusing several hours while determining what the new contracts are called... with confusion, buy orders and sell orders disappear from entry into the system... sounds plausible to me... it took me over an hour to find out even with the help of my broker what the hell the symbol was on the translated split option contracts... what would one expect on thin trading days after a split to confuse one and all? ... I was confused and I dont confuse easily on the mechanics but I am just a poor tech Irish sharecropper to all my Italian friends, please note that no Europeans bathe more than once per week... I pick on Battaglia and any other Italian-Americans that suit me... I love my Iti best friends, esp all that hugging and kissing stuff... Italians are the second most colorful people on earth, behind the Irish of course... all that speaking with their hands is just a feeble attempt to overtake the Irish, who maintain a clear lead and Sand Wedge, when you go out into the world, be sure to take an Irishman with you for getting the twist out of your shorts, but more importantly, WATCH OUT FOR THE ENGLISH you are clueless if you think I am a racist you are correct in calling me "classless" I remain a jackass of deep accomplishment / James William O'Shaughnessy
