Brian, Most European investors are very afraid of unknown and very conservative. They rather give the money to the States Treasury bonds and get 3.5 percent rather than invest in the stock market. European stock markets are Mickey Mouse affairs, were the economy is controlled by cheap local political rivelries (EC) and governments subsidized or controlled (fully or partialy) indsutries. Only idiots will be wanting to invest in Europe. They only real stock marekt in the world are NYSE and Nasdaq, and the only sector that will be perofrming in high tech, for now!
