I called TBA and talked to Beth Stinson in Ivestor Relations. She did verify that the Romeo deal was completed on Jan. 3. She also said that quarterly results will be out end of March. If anyone else wishes to call please do and let us know what you find out. 615-742-5793. DRat.

Boy, this board has had no activity. Does anyone else still feel that this company is worth buying at 4.25. FWIW, I do, and bought more yesterday. Also, about the warrants (TBAEW), I have read that they expire in April 2001. I also read that they are "callable" if the stock price stays above $10 for 20 consecutive days. I don't know anything about warrants, so what does that mean? And what does the "exercise" price of $6.25 mean? Anyone? TIA, DRat.
