Waldo is widely followed on the internet and SI. As to how well his picks do, I am not exactly sure, but generally I think his picks are given a lot of free exposure. Never a bad thing. The best reason I can give you for suggesting to look into JDX.TO is to read the very thoughtful research report by Keith Massey here on SI.
