Well put! In the past year I have noticed a severe deterioration in customer service. One cannot get a response to e-mail inquiries at all. As well, calls to the support desk require a 1/2 hour wait to reach a person!

It seems that Lycos has done nothing to improve this situation since they took over Quote.COM.

While every entity around the world seems determined to make sure that they pass through the Y2K transition properly, Quote.Com is nowhere to be found!

I still predict that we will be lucky to get back running by mid-morning! Look forward to a day of frustrating trading!

Temple Williams: Have you tried "ping plotter" you know it must be your ISP, route, configuration or equipment, right?
