LG:

As a precaution, we'll have a team working this weekend to smooth any bumps the new year might bring, so you can continue to count on the quality you've come to expect from Quote.com. If we have any problems or interruption of any of our services, we'll let you know right here, so check back for updates!

Hmmmm...let's see. No one was answering phones 'this weekend' or at least last night when Quote.com decided to cut the futures feed. There's been no notification as to what the problem is, what's being done to correct it and/or when we might expect futures' quotes to resume. There has been an email attempting to get us to waste time at their web site (Quote.com university, chat boards, etc.) so they can generate 'eyeball counts' to impress their advertisers, clearly the priority (at the expense of improving QCharts) for the Lycos-driven Quote.com. Given their track record with Island, Option quotes, customer service (or lack thereof), etc., yes, I guess we can count on the low level of quality Quote.com chooses to adhere to and that we've come to expect.

Larry,

I'm not trying to make excuses for them. My philosophy is that losers make excuses, winners make it happen. While everyone was busy bitching and moaning about the futures quotes, I found out that the symbol (temporary) for the 2000 contracts uses the 2010 code. For example, ES00H is temporarily ES10H. It is working for the interrim.
