Hi Mark ... Gibbons no longer works for Quote.com ... but he remains a goldmine of excellent information. And now I see they have finally posted something here. Perhaps next year they could set their alarm clock 13 hours earlier. Extraordinary. Trade safe. I am off to analyze.

Mark Z: What we are now seeing is a staff returning from holiday and having to make excuses once again as Quote.Com demonstrates its lack of concern for customers by failing to monitoring their service over the holiday period.
