This is not a response to Sunny's post, it's just that I hate going back to ground zero of the original G&K thread to start a new message.

Many are well aware of my followings and investment in DoubleClick as I have mentioned their business model on the GG investing in the eWorld thread many times as being one of the business models of the Godzilla format that intrigues me the most.

I just thought that it was interesting to note that today, Morgan Stanley, initiates coverage of DoubleClick and they like the royalty stream that DoubleClick will enjoy via their patented online advertising technology. I believe I had mentioned earlier to Mike that although different, it might be useful for comparison's sake that we dig into Gemstar's advertising revenue stream going forward and compare and contrast the model with DoubleClick's advertising revenue stream in terms of the Godzilla portion of Gemstar.

Maybe Mike and I should get together on something of that nature if anyone would be interested in the results. If not, I guess we could save our energy. However, I sense a lot of synergies even if the business models are not identical. Now that all the holiday cheer is slowly leaving my body, I will have some time to focus.
