wayne, a unique confluence of events has led to our current situation. near depression in asia coupled with massive product supply increases has allowed inflation on consumer goods to stay low in the face of HUGE us monetary growth. this has allowed interests rates to stay low and supported MASSIVE debt creation. investing (speculating is more accurate) is the past time du jour.

rather than ask what will pop the bubble, let's ask what is required to keep it going w/o popping?

appreciate your insight.
