OT OT Parcells did it basically to recognize Bellechick's loyalty and outstanding contributions over the years, since 1989-1990. Unfortunately, BB's reign as head coach (Browns)shows he's probably too nice a guy, doesn't have Parcell's genius hard edge to absolutely motivate his players over the top. It makes for a tough script if Parcells stays as GM (was it dual retirement?) and Bellechick falters. Steve
