APM files for late 10K.

Sold last of my shares December for a tax loss, at which time it didn't look like they could keep the office open past January 00.

The pre-tax loss from continuing operations for fiscal 1999 is expected to be approximately $(261,742,000) versus $(152,963,000) for fiscal 1998. The Registrant's severe financial down-turn in fiscal 1998 has continued throughout fiscal 1999 due to the Registrant's inability to transition to newer, more advanced product technology. The Registrant has been unable to timely develop its magnetoresistive and giant magnetoresistive head products on a timely basis.

The Registrant is attempting to raise capital, which is required immediately to fund current operating activities, and the Registrant will be required to raise significant additional capital in the near term to fund the development of its products. The Registrant's financial situation has been disclosed in its periodic reports required and filed under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

>> I expŠct 50 to 100% for all these stocks, good luck everyone.

Well so far so good. The Dow, NASDAQ, SOX, DOT, etc... all crashing. But HDD, WDC, MXTR, RDRT all up nicely in percentage terms. I wonder what's behind the buying. I know retail disk prices are firm, but I thought they were still below profitable levels. I wish one of the knowledgeable people here would tell us whether profitability is within sight for the drive sellers.

I wonder how the drive stocks would do when they get some momentum under them. I think they'll explode upwards. (That's the long suffering contrarian investor in me talking).
