NOVL corrects

NOVL bottomed out at 35 5/8ths. Profit taking.

Did you notice that today the NYTimes had an article on Microsoft.

'Rick Belluzo, head of Microsoft Consumer Group, who built the consumer printer and personal computer businesses at HP acknowledges that Microsoft, with its techie culture, does not have a consumer mentality.'

"We have a lot to change here," said Mr. Belluzo, who joined MSFT in September., "we are going to supply software and services that help people run their lives better(over the internet)."

=========

So while Microsoft thinks it has a consumer problem and has been out there looking to solve it with the best hires they can find, Novell in fortress Netware doesn't even have a consumer division or think the consumer has any place in its business model.
