Equity,not Debt, no borrowing is possible to any significant extent, so any financing will have to be some form of equity, whether converts or common but all will dilute current common stockholers imho.The incorporation rule changes really should be looked at closely. A sale of the company with a large cash settlement to Watford is what I fear. virtually nothing to common shareholders but Watford gets a big severance package plus indemnity from the lawsuits.Just an opinion. Do your own due diligence.

Hickory, I don't know about you but I've written off UP and ADA as total losers and will probably sell some time this year for huge tax losses.

I got suckered into UP by the Strain Report. I'd like to find Strain and wring his neck.
