I don't know anything about a buy recommendation, but I do know that this company has it all--China exposure, hand held, smart phone, signature verification, licensing agreements with nearly all, if not all of the key players. If CICI can't make it now, it never will. And I own a bunch of it.

There is no analyst following for CICI, not from any recognized brokerage firm, big or small. A buy recommendation from a web-site that no one ever heard of before, does not count, IMO.

But wait till an analyst from a recognized firm does put out a BUY. That will bring in a lot of new buyers. Unfortunately for those buyers, CICI will probably be $15 or higher by then.
