rude-- I agree,, it is mostly due to the fact that home users want every thing to pop up in front of them without even a click or two. I have 2 DELLs and 2 MUEIs and amd more familiar with my daughters MUEI than I like but have never had this problem. My neighbor has a new DELL and is experiencing the same. My daughters computer and 3 of mine run 256 SRAM,, but you indicate that would not help -- could it be the ISP is NOT aol? AOL seems to have more junk on start up. Also using Norton anti virus on all but 1 DELL and it uses McAfee... is 1 worse than others?
