With just two AA batteries, hundreds of pictures can be taken, or hours of MP3 music can be played. DC-530 is an excellent personal multimedia companion for almost any family and anyone in modern society who requires low cost, multiple-function, and easy mobility for their work and daily life. With 640X480 resolution and excellent quality image processing, DC-530 comes with built-in optical viewfinder, 2-way flash, automatic exposure, self-timer, B/W LCD indicator, stereo sound, and earphone output. The connectivity capabilities are impressive, including RS-232, USB, video output through NTSC and PAL. Media storages are through CF+ slot (CompactFlash Type II), which can take more than 5000 pictures in VGA mode, or store more than five (5) hours of MP3 music using Pretec 320MB CF card or IBM Microdrive, the smallest hard disk in the world (www.ibm.com/storage/ microdrive).
