Dear Mr Morris:

From my vantage point, people who were anxious to take profits in 1999 did not because of taxes, then with vigor,
sold into the "apparent" rally this am.

Its profit taking, and the taxes are not due until 4/15/2001!

Now they will begin buying back. Looks like good trading!

Better the public is vaccinated with a little reality that there will be some snafus than for people to become unglued and expect that there can never be a glitch. I also believe that it is better to keep in the public consciousness that an expectation of perfection is unrealistic. I see no problem with the share price. If I could I would add more.
