US arrests third man in alleged bomb plot -report SEATTLE, Jan 3 (Reuters) - Federal authorities have arrested a third Algerian in connection with an alleged plot to smuggle explosives across the Canadian border into the United States, the Seattle Times newspaper reported Monday on its Web site. The paper said Abdel Hakim Tizegha was taken into custody on Dec. 24 in western Washington state and was held on charges of illegally entering the country. The Times, citing unnamed sources, said federal authorities were considering bomb-related charges against him.
